~I wanted to take part in this contest for a long time and told Dianae I would try this time, but tried many different ideas and it just didn't seem to work... At first, I was thinking of Artemis or Aphrodite from Greek mythology because they are known and I didn't think I would be able to write a whole story right now because of lack of inspriration. But it seems I cannot paint women. I got upset and decided to take a break off my entry. I was feeling really sad yesterday and when I feel sad or mad, I always feel like drawing Llorian. He's my oldest character and the one I grew the most attached to. He's like who I am in another world where I can flee when things go really wrong in my life. Well I decided to paint him instead of just drawing him as an anime and as I was painting him I remembered the past I created for him long ago and realised he could fit in the rules, so I decided to enter this painting as an entry. Since I never explained his past in any artwork because I didn't think it was important and this time I need to explain why he fits in within the rules, here's a short version of his background as explanation.

Character Background: First of all, Llorian is a character I made up for a rpg a long time ago. I was probably 10-12 years old when I made up this story for him. His past is lacking a lot of details and is really mysterious but I'll do my best to explain it well.

Llorian's age is unknown. He woke up one day on the verge of a river with no idea who he was or what happened to him. An old man found him and helped him with basic needs until he was able to adapt and fill these needs himself. It was rather hard for him to fit it thought because of his unusual hair color, his pointy elvish ears and the odd markings he had over his face, ears and body. Light blue markings that seemed to sparkle and shine in the moonlight. Llorian felt terribly alone in the world. But he was strong and had a kind soul. He dedicated his life to help others. Not to be accepted or be seen as a hero but just because he wanted to help and make life better for others.
What he did not know however, is what lied within his past. Llorian was born in Heaven. One day, while he was still a teenager, one of his friends sneaked out the Palace walls. Curiosity and fear of his friend being in trouble, he followed distantly, being careful not to be seen. Not too far, they were ambushed by a fallen God and his friend was almost killed. Llorian jumped out of hiding and defended his friend. But when he carried his unconscious friend back to the Palace, Llorian was greatly blamed and punished for leaving the walls. As a punishment, he was sent down on Earth to live a normal life and die as a mortal.

In mythology, the pointy ears and markings were a sign of evil, marking the person as a demon. Which greatly scared humans. No matter how good the person was...
